Large-scale reconstruction methods for high-quality 3D photoacoustic imaging
Date:
Poster presenting the overall direction of my thesis: designing reconstruction methods that stay tractable at the scale of a full 3D photoacoustic tomography acquisition.
The poster covers the combined Total Variation–Cauchy regularization, the on-the-fly forward and adjoint operators that make it usable on real scanner data, and the modelling of the system’s electrical impulse response.
